TPE Artists Electric Soul and Soul Alliance entertained VIP's at the 2009 Annual Ballon Glow in Forest Park. A special fundraiser benefitting Forest Park and The Central West End Association. The smooth grooves of Electric Soul covered the cocktail hour and then STL's hottest new dance band Soul Alliance shook the balloons till midnight.
