Once again, TalentPlus exclusive artist Ralph Butler is making some noise in the Bi-State area. Ralph’s “Labor of Love” music festival features the artists that Ralph has had the pleasure to share a stage with over the last few dozen years. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to KidSmart, in an effort to get educational tools in the hands of kids who need them.
